Shipping policy

Welcome to Amstar PH. This Shipping Policy describes how we deliver your order across the Philippines.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Manila: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Provincial / outside Metro Manila: 4-8 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote islands and hard-to-reach areas: may take longer; we will advise you at the time of dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PHT on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₱1,500 (Metro Manila and most provincial addresses).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected areas and may incur a small handling fee shown at checkout.
  • Express shipping is available on request for prepaid orders; charges vary by location and parcel size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order any time via our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Partners

We ship via reputable Philippine couriers including J&T Express, LBC, Flash Express, and Lalamove (for Metro Manila same-day where available). The specific courier assigned to your order depends on your location.

Important

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
  • If no one is available to receive the parcel after two delivery attempts, the courier may return the parcel to us. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
  • Refused or unclaimed COD parcels will be deducted from any future refund or store credit.
